Calendar Meeting Slack Reminder

This automation checks your Google Calendar every 15 minutes and sends a Slack reminder for anything about to start — so you're never caught off guard between tabs, with no manual reminder-setting required.

Automation flow

How it works

Every 15 minutes, the workflow pulls your upcoming calendar events, then a filtering step checks which ones are about to start within that window. Only genuinely-imminent meetings trigger a Slack message — you won't get pinged repeatedly for the same meeting since it only matches once it falls inside the 15-minute window.
