Where your data actually goes
No security theater — just what happens to your data, step by step.
What runs where
Every automation you get from Flowmanic is an n8n (or Make) workflow file. You import it into your own n8n account — self-hosted or n8n Cloud — and connect your own credentials for the services it uses (Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, an AI provider, etc.). Once it's running, it executes entirely inside your own account. Flowmanic's servers are not part of the automation's runtime path.
What Flowmanic stores
- Your email address and order details, to deliver your purchase and provide support.
- For Custom Automation requests: the description of the process you want automated, and — for the Instant AI Build tier — the workflow our AI generates for you.
- Standard web analytics (page views), not tied to your automation's runtime data.
What Flowmanic never sees
- The credentials/API keys you connect inside n8n for Gmail, Slack, Sheets, your AI provider, or any other service — those are entered and stored inside your own n8n instance, never sent to us.
- The data your automation processes once it's running (leads, emails, records, etc.).
Downloads & access
Purchases are delivered as a download link, valid for a limited number of uses, sent to the email you check out with. Payment is verified server-side against our payment provider before any file is released — a link is never granted from client-side state alone.
Licensing
Templates are for your own use or your clients' use as part of work you deliver — see our Terms of Service for the exact terms. Redistributing or reselling the raw template files themselves isn't permitted.
Refunds
Our full policy, including the specific cases that qualify, is on the Refund Policy page.
Certifications
Flowmanic is an independent, small-team product. We don't hold formal security certifications (e.g. SOC 2) and won't claim ones we don't have — the architecture above, not a badge, is what protects your data.
