Terms of Service

This page explains the terms that apply when you purchase a digital automation template through Flowmanic. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

Products

What we sell are digital, downloadable products consisting of workflow.json files (importable into n8n and/or Make) and setup guides. Products are one-time file downloads, not a software service (SaaS).

License

Once purchased, you may use, modify, and run the template for your own business or your clients' without limit. Reselling or freely redistributing the template file itself (modified or not) to third parties is not allowed.

Third-party services

Running these templates requires your own account with third-party services such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Telegram, Notion, Calendly, or Stripe. Those services' own terms and any fees are outside our control.

Custom Automation

The Custom Automation product is generated automatically by an AI model based on the description you provide, and delivered as a downloadable file. In rare cases where the generated automation doesn't pass our structural checks, our team completes it manually instead, at no extra cost, typically within 24 hours.

Limitation of liability

Templates and AI-generated automations are provided "as is." We recommend following the setup guide closely; we aren't liable for outcomes resulting from further changes you make to adapt a template to your own process.
