Every new email is checked against a simple filter for automated senders (no-reply addresses, notifications, mailer-daemon) so the AI never wastes a draft on something that doesn't need a human reply. Everything else gets sent to the AI, which drafts a short, professional reply. That draft lands directly in your Gmail Drafts folder — never sent automatically — and your team gets a Slack ping that it's ready to review.
