Pick Today's Reminders decides which customers get an email today: 3 days before the due date, on the due date, then once a week while the invoice stays overdue (1, 8, 15... days late), so a late client isn't emailed every single morning. Build Daily Summary sends your team one Telegram message listing every unpaid invoice that's due soon or overdue, with the total outstanding.
